We were licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to carry on regulated activities of Type 9 (asset management) in December 2012 and Type 4 (advising on securities) in 2016. In 2014, we registered as an Investment Advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In the same year, we were recognized as an Asset Manager by the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
